Yeah, you should implement these, and you should enforce them. It's a good basic rule set for any forum.

If this forum is only for your friends, and there friends,

You don't really need rules, besides the don't post offensive/disgusting images.

I don't mean to be an asshole, either way, but this forum won't spout up to become something with hundreds of members, anyways. Best keep it simple, and fun, without to many rules.

Because it'll only last for so long :P
